I am a creative, outside-the-box thinking data analyst with a drive for success residing the DFW Metroplex. With a background in teaching music I have gained a thorough understanding of how to communicate complex ideas to a wide variety of people while creating a culture of success.

YouTube API Exploration and Analysis

Final group project of the UT Data Analytics Bootcamp. The purpose of this project is to analyze data from top YouTube channels and determine what features are most likely to drive videos past the 1 million view count threshold

NYC Citi Bike Tableau Dashboard

The purpose of this analysis was to visualize the data from the NYC Citi-Bike company for August 2019 to show trends in riders' gender, popular start/end times, and popular start/end locations using Tableau.

Earthquake Mapping

The purpose of this project is to use the JS Leaflet library and the Mapbox API to map earthquake data from the US Geological Survey

Bellybutton Biodiversity Dashboard

This project uses JavaScript, Plotly, D3.js, and HTML with bootstrap elements to create a dashboard that allows the user to browse research data involving belly button bacteria in sample populations.

Amazon Vine Review Analysis

The purpose of this analysis was to import, connect, and filter a dataset of Amazon product reviews and determine if there was a bias between paid and unpaid reviews and 5-star ratings.

UIL Results

This is a project that aims to let users browse the results data from the Texas Band UIL Concert and Sightreading archive. The project currently uses Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Matplotlib, HTML, and JavaScript. The dashboard is currently under construction, so the live demo will not work, but feel free to check out the code.

This project uses R to analyze a dataset of MechaCar prototypes and their performance metrics. The project uses R, RStudio, and the tidyverse library.
